1. Our services

Everett's Coastal Detailing provides mobile auto-detailing services in Wilmington & the Cape Fear coast. The packages, add-ons, and prices shown on our website describe our typical offerings and may change. Availability depends on location, scheduling, and the condition of your vehicle.

2. Quotes, estimates & pricing

Prices and totals shown on the website — including any estimate generated by the quote form — are estimates only and are not a binding offer or final price. The final price is confirmed after we assess your vehicle's actual size and condition. Certain conditions (heavy soiling, pet hair, stains, oversized vehicles, etc.) may require add-ons or adjust the price; we'll discuss any change with you before starting work.

3. Booking, scheduling & access

Because we come to you, you agree to provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for the service and, where applicable, reasonable access to water and power if your booking requires it. Appointment times are approximate and may shift due to weather, traffic, or prior jobs running long. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you reasonably can.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information when you request a quote;
• Remove personal belongings, valuables, and any items you don't want handled before service;
• Disclose known issues (leaks, damaged trim, sensitive equipment, aftermarket wraps/PPF, etc.);
• Ensure anyone booking on another person's behalf is authorized to do so.

We are not responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicle, or for pre-existing damage or wear revealed or affected by cleaning.

5. Results & satisfaction

We take pride in our work and aim for your satisfaction. That said, detailing has limits: some stains, scratches, oxidation, odors, and wear are permanent or may not be fully removable, and results can vary with a vehicle's materials, age, and condition. Any “satisfaction guarantee” we offer means we'll work in good faith to make reasonable corrections — it is not a guarantee of a specific outcome or a promise to repair pre-existing damage.

6. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service using the methods we accept. Quoted prices do not include gratuities. Additional work agreed during the appointment may add to the final amount.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everett's Coastal Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The content, branding, logos, text, and images on this website are owned by Everett's Coastal Detailing or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except as needed to use the site normally.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites (such as social media or Google). We don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
